Roast leg of lamb, with a rosemary and redcurrant glaze, touch of garlic, OR Roast fillet leg of pork,?

Wow, I hope it is not too far to come. Lamb ( but only just) apple and raspberry pie + fruit kebabs, fabulous ideas, why do you not open a restaurant. Do you need a hand with the wine list?
