Part 2: When praying to God does Jesus command to pray in his name, mean he is due more than just *respect* or?

To pray in Jesus name is to pray under His authorization. It means to approach God through Jesus and to seek, not our own will, but the will of Jesus our Lord. When Jesus was talking to his disciples he didn't mean that they should take his name and he would give as if it were a 'magic word.' He also didn't mean that was the way to end every prayer.
