Having pregnancy symptoms need help..... plzzz answer...?

ok im 19 i havent had aperiod this month yes im ually active and ive been veryy moody and having a mild cramp like im gonna start but never do im having a little bit of white thick discharge not trying to gross anyone out my lower back hurts an my are tender do you think it just could be hormonal and im about about to start my period or do you think it really sounds like im prego.
