Why is everyone UNDERRATING Allen Iverson?

nobody is underrating him but the fact that he wont come off the bench is why nobody wants him. if i was the grizzlies i wouldn't sign him unless he's going to be the sixth man. conley showed he can be an all star caliber pg once they started him. mayo is at the 2 so where exactly is AI going to play?
