Bluedart courier service: vehicle/flight/train:delayed/c…

i ordered a motorola defy on infibeam .com on 24th july ...the product shows as being shipped on the website...they have provided me the tracking code for bluedart...but when i opened bluedarts site and entered the code it says vehicle/flight/train: delayed/cancelled.contact customer service....what should i do?..will it be delivered on time?.....please help
